Terms & Conditions for Collaborators
- Mutual Value Exchange – Collaborations should create value for both parties. We expect genuine promotion of AAKM through your content and networks.
- Content Rights – AAKM may use any content created in our studio for marketing and promotional purposes (with credit to the creator).
- Professional Conduct – Respect studio rules, timings (10 AM – 10 PM), and equipment. Any damages must be compensated.
- Guest Policy – A maximum of 5 persons per room during collab shoots, unless prior approval is given.
- Transparency – Influencer/creator must disclose collaborations as per UAE advertising guidelines (if applicable).
- Screening – AAKM reserves the right to accept or reject collaboration requests based on alignment with our brand.
- No Misuse – Studio access is only for approved collab projects. Commercial shoots outside the agreement will be charged.
