AAKM -Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AAKM Studio. By booking and using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and seamless experience for all creators, brands, and clients.

Studio Hours

  • The studio operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Usage beyond these hours will incur additional charges.

Studio Capacity

  • Each room allows up to 5 persons per shoot.
  • Additional guests will be charged AED 50 per person.

Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made in advance via WhatsApp, Website, Call, Instagram, or TikTok.
  • Minimum booking duration: 1 hour.
  • A payment link will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
  • Bookings are secured only upon successful payment.
  • An advance payment is required to secure your slot.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours before the scheduled shoot.
  • Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
    Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the shoot.
  • Late reschedules will incur additional charges.
  • Extended bookings must be requested before the current slot ends.

Timeliness

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time for setup.
  • Our studio team will assist with arrangements.
  • Delays caused by the client will not extend the booked slot.

Studio Etiquette

  • All clients and visitors must wear clean shoes or use provided protective covers.
  • Failure to comply in sensitive areas (e.g., cyclorama) will result in a AED 250 fine.
  • The studio is equipped with video surveillance for safety.
  • Any unprofessional behavior or damage to props/equipment will result in termination of the shoot.
  • The studio is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

Use of Equipment & Props

  • Props may only be used with prior permission.
  • Unauthorized use will incur a AED 500 penalty.
  • Any damages caused to studio setups, props, or equipment must be compensated immediately.
  • Failure to pay will result in legal action.
  • Clients must leave the space clean and organized.
  • A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is left unclean.
  • Accessing zones not included in your booking without permission will result in additional charges.

Pets

  • Pets are allowed but must be under the client’s control.
  • Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the client.

Prohibited Activities

  • Use of flammable substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking, e-cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or intoxication are strictly prohibited.
  • Possession of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

Media & Promotions

  • AAKM Studio reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for promotional purposes.
  • Clients who do not wish to be featured may notify us in advance, and BTS recording will be avoided.

Rights & Liabilities

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to dismiss or refuse service to any client who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Liability: The studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the booking. Clients are responsible for their safety and conduct.
  • Intellectual Property: Content created within AAKM Studio belongs to the respective creators. AAKM does not claim ownership but reserves the right to feature BTS or collaborations (with consent).Privacy: Any client data collected during bookings (emails, phone numbers, etc.) will be kept confidential and used only for booking and promotional communications.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • By booking with AAKM Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
